Prices apply per apartment and night, excluding tourist tax (€ 2,70 per person per day), electricity (all apartments have a seperate meter) and final cleaning (€ 65,–).
Please note: Our entire house is a non smoking zone. Pets: upon request only. Fee: € 4,– per pet per night.
Terms and Conditions
Cancellations
All cancellations must be submitted in writing. Date of arrival of the cancellation notice will be used for calculating the cancellation fees.
CANCELLATION FEES:
- more than 14 days prior to arrival no charge
- from 14 to 8 days prior to arrival 50% of total renting costs
- from 7 to 1 day_s prior to arrival 90% of total renting costs
- no show 100% of total renting costs
Shortening of duration of stay counts as part-cancellation.
Payment:
- No credit cards, no cheques
- Payment in Euro (cash) only
For all other terms and conditions the ARB 1992 General Travel Conditions apply as amended in the supplementary bill to the BGBl. 247/3 Consumer Protection Act.
